Working on letting the customer know what to expect as well as providing a schedule would be a great addition to the process. We will definitely use Bram for future projects!

Had them install travertine in my house and they did an excellent job.

The material that they used to fix the cracks can easily be seen through the final top coat. They should have repaired the surface, used a primer and then coated. PLUS they were $200 more than the competition. At nearly $2000 for a 2 car garage I could have done a better job with a Home Depot or Lowes kit for 1/4 the price.

Beck's flooring was very professional. They worked with me and gave me a fair price for my flooring and installation. The luxury vinyl plank floor looks amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone needing new floors.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.

We had all of our new homes flooring replaced, there was carpet, vinyl & tile that we replaced with vinyl plank throughout the house as well as baseboards replaced. We had several quotes and floor source was the most cost effective but also a great overall experience. Things were finished faster than quoted and they did great work.

We had a great experience with Gainey, and Bruce.  The quote was accurate with nothing hidden and Bruce under promised and over delivered on time frame, which is rare. We knew our demo was going to be rough and he warned us the whole process could be up to ten days so the 5 days it actually took, minus a morning if finishing touches, was an awesome surprise. His guys were so meticulous which totally helped keep the dust to a  minimum and I can't find one flaw with their work. They weren't the lowest cost but far from the highest. And I really feel there is no way the job could have been done better. The communication was also great and that's super important. We would for sure use Gainey for anything we need, floor wise

I love this father - son team and I am going to be blasting their business info to all the neighborhood groups I am in. They removed all the carpet from our stairs and loft + a big bedroom upstairs and then replaced it with the flooring we have throughout the rest of the house. They started Tuesday and were done Thursday!! They were so fast and efficient. Always wore a mask, and the best part is the communication. I could text Denis and he would promptly respond and keep me up to date.

We recently used Eric from 1st Class Coatings to apply epoxy to our garage floor. We were so impressed with the whole process, beginning to end. We had called a couple other companies, but we were so impressed with his knowledge about his product and his ability to answer all of our questions . His employees were prompt, neat, knowledgeable and courteous.  The only bad thing about the process was emptying our garage and putting back all of our stuff.  If you are thinking about  fixing up your garage, DO IT with Eric!!!!
